Product Overview
Foundry Casting manufactures custom large aluminum sand castings from approved customer drawings or physical samples. Part geometry, section thickness, core features, machining allowances, quantity, and delivery requirements are reviewed before quotation and confirmed before production.
Manufacturing Requirements
The aluminum grade, dimensions, weight, casting and machining tolerances, core design, heat treatment, and surface finish are confirmed for each order. Secondary work may include deburring and CNC machining when specified on the approved drawing.
Inspection Packaging and Delivery
Inspection items, methods, and acceptance criteria are agreed before production. Packaging is selected for the part and shipping method. Typical lead time is 30 to 40 days after all order details are confirmed.
