Foundry Casting manufactures custom CNC machined shell mold aluminum castings from approved customer drawings or physical samples. Casting geometry, core features, machining datums, bores, threads, quantity, and delivery requirements are reviewed before quotation and confirmed before production.
Shell mold casting and CNC machining requirements are defined for the approved part. The aluminum grade, dimensions, casting and machining tolerances, heat treatment, and surface finish are confirmed for each order.
Inspection items, methods, and acceptance criteria are agreed before production. Packaging is selected to protect machined features and finished surfaces during shipment. Typical lead time is 30 to 40 days after all order details are confirmed.
