Foundry Casting manufactures custom high-pressure aluminum die castings from approved customer drawings or physical samples. Part geometry, wall sections, tooling, machining allowances, quantity, and delivery requirements are reviewed before quotation and confirmed before production.
The aluminum grade, die requirements, dimensions, casting and machining tolerances, heat treatment, and surface finish are confirmed for each order. Trimming, deburring, CNC machining, and finishing are included only when specified on the approved drawing.
Inspection items, methods, and acceptance criteria are agreed before production. Packaging is selected to protect machined features and finished surfaces during shipment. Typical lead time is 30 to 40 days after all order details are confirmed.
