Foundry Casting manufactures custom gravity-cast aluminum pump brackets from approved customer drawings or physical samples. Bracket geometry, mounting faces, bores, hole locations, clearances, quantity, and delivery requirements are reviewed before quotation and confirmed before production.
The aluminum grade, mold requirements, dimensions, casting and machining tolerances, heat treatment, and surface finish are confirmed for each order. Deburring and CNC machining are included only when specified on the approved drawing.
Inspection items, methods, and acceptance criteria are agreed before production. Packaging is selected to protect machined features and finished surfaces during shipment. Typical lead time is 30 to 40 days after all order details are confirmed.
