Foundry Casting manufactures custom aluminum automotive cast parts from approved customer drawings or physical samples. Part geometry, mounting features, wall sections, machining datums, fit, appearance, quantity, and delivery requirements are reviewed before quotation and confirmed before production.
The aluminum grade, casting process, dimensions, tolerances, heat treatment, machining scope, surface finish, and assembly requirements are confirmed for each order. Deburring, drilling, milling, turning, tapping, and surface treatment are included only when specified on the approved drawing.
Inspection items, methods, and acceptance criteria are agreed before production. Packaging is selected to protect machined features and finished surfaces during shipment. Typical lead time is 30 to 40 days after all order details are confirmed.
