Foundry Casting manufactures custom cast iron lion ornaments from approved customer drawings or physical samples. These parts are made to serve as decorative cast-metal features with defined sculptural detail. The product geometry, operating environment, mating interfaces, quantity, and verification requirements are reviewed before production.
Tooling, process sequence, machining allowance, and finishing details are reviewed for the approved geometry. Particular attention is given to sculptural detail, base geometry, visible surface texture, stability, coating coverage, and attachment features. Material, dimensions, tolerances, heat-treatment condition, surface finish, and inspection requirements are confirmed for each order. Secondary work may include grinding, surface smoothing, antiquing, painting, plating, clear coating, and mounting preparation as specified.
Inspection items, methods, and acceptance criteria are agreed before production. Packaging and the delivery schedule are confirmed after the product requirements, quantity, and shipping method have been reviewed.
