Foundry Casting manufactures custom heavy-duty hose clamps from approved customer drawings or physical samples. These parts are made to secure hoses or flexible connections around pipes and fittings. The product geometry, operating environment, mating interfaces, quantity, and verification requirements are reviewed before production.
Blank layout, tooling, bend sequence, draw direction, springback, trimming, and assembly details are reviewed for the approved geometry. Particular attention is given to clamping range, band width and thickness, hinge or bolt geometry, fastener specification, edge condition, and corrosion protection. Material, dimensions, tolerances, heat-treatment condition, surface finish, and inspection requirements are confirmed for each order. Secondary work may include stamping, rolling, bending, welding, riveting, fastener assembly, plating, passivation, and coating as specified.
Inspection items, methods, and acceptance criteria are agreed before production. Packaging and the delivery schedule are confirmed after the product requirements, quantity, and shipping method have been reviewed.
