Foundry Casting manufactures custom cast aluminum wheels from approved customer drawings or physical samples. Wheel diameter and width, hub bore, bolt pattern, offset, spoke geometry, machining datums, quantity, and delivery requirements are reviewed before quotation and confirmed before production.
The aluminum grade, casting route, heat treatment, dimensions, tolerances, machining scope, and surface finish are confirmed for each order. Machining, deburring, polishing, painting, and powder coating are included only when specified on the approved drawing.
Inspection items, methods, and acceptance criteria are agreed before production. Packaging is selected to protect the wheel from impact and surface damage during shipment. Typical lead time is 30 to 40 days after all order details are confirmed.
