Foundry Casting manufactures custom cast aluminum transmission housings from approved customer drawings or physical samples. Bearing seats, bores, mounting faces, bolt patterns, sealing interfaces, machining datums, quantity, and delivery requirements are reviewed before quotation and confirmed before production.
The aluminum grade, casting route, dimensions, tolerances, machining scope, surface finish, and assembly interfaces are confirmed for each order. Drilling, boring, reaming, milling, turning, tapping, and surface treatment are included only when specified on the approved drawing.
Inspection items, methods, and acceptance criteria are agreed before production. Packaging is selected to protect bearing seats, machined faces, and finished surfaces during shipment. Typical lead time is 30 to 40 days after all order details are confirmed.
